My mom loves cockals. We buy fresh from the market, rinse off dirt and sand before we steam the shells.

Remove the flesh from the shell and eat them! Dip in chilly sauce will be great!

You can use cockal flesh for fried rice, noodle or vegetables. They add taste to the dishes!

Try them, you will love them.
