During Raya visits, the adults will give well wishes to the family and the host will serve some foods. Kids will be there to enjoy the moments and receive 'duit raya' as a treat.
Kids will receive plenty of Raya packets and we encourage them to save the money in the bank. They were excited to empty the packets, arrange the notes in same colours / numberings. But felt enormously tiring when it comes to counting the notes.
Why ? Notes are thin papers and they keep on mis-counting them.
After a while, the notes are left on the bed for the mom to sort, count and keep. SMART kids !
